In this opening session, keynote speakers Dr Brenda Boardman, Oxford University, Dr. Harriet Thomson, University of Manchester and Project Manager for the Energy Action’s Fuel Poverty Observatory, Theresa Griffin MEP, and Claire Dheret, Head of Programme at EPC will discuss the problem of fuel poverty in our communities and will look at ways to find sustainable solutions to the problem including the role of the recently established European Energy Poverty Observatory.
