Carol was Executive Director – Corporate Resources for Irish Life managing the HR and Facilities functions across the group until her retirement at the end of 2013. In her 37 year career in Irish life she undertook a variety of roles in the areas of HR, Customer Service and Information Technology. She has a masters degree in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College. Carol joined the Board of Energy Action Ireland in 2015
